I am a 34 year old single Mum, I continue to work in the fitness industry as a coach and fitness model. I am very driven to achieve, while maintaining good personal relationships with each client. I spent years studied and working to ensure I am always at the top of my game in fitness, biomechanics and nutrition.

I am extremely passionate about my work and believe each needs their own unique and structured program. I focus on results, as well as educating clients to get the most out of their lives.
