About Dunia
My name is Dunia, and I'm passionate about sports and wellness. I started training at a young age, becoming more focused and consistent around the age of 24. Over time, and thanks to the guidance of personal trainers, I gained knowledge and practical experience in strength training and physical improvement. Throughout my own journey, I've made significant progress, especially in strength training and muscle mass development, even working with heavy weights at the gym. This experience has allowed me to understand firsthand the importance of consistency, proper technique, planning, and tailoring training to each individual. Over the years, I've learned about training focused on muscle gain, toning, fat loss, and creating healthy habits. I've also developed practical knowledge about how to adapt diet and lifestyle to different goals. Sport has become an important part of my daily life, not only as a way to improve physically but also as a tool for building confidence, discipline, and well-being. I want to share this passion because I'd like to use everything I've learned on my own journey to support others, motivate them, and help them reach their goals. I offer my classes via video call and can guide you in either Spanish or English, adapting the training to your needs and skill level.

At the beginning, I conduct an initial assessment where we discuss your previous experience, current fitness level, weekly availability and daily habits/diet. We also define your main objective together: fat loss, muscle gain, toning or simply enjoying exercise more. Based on this information, we develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs.
Classes are primarily conducted via video call. During these sessions, we train together, adapting the exercises to your level and goals, while I supervise and explain how to perform the exercises.
I also offer personalized training plans, combining video call sessions with me and workouts you can do on your own. In this way, we work on consistency and independence, gradually integrating exercise into your daily routine and helping you get closer to achieving your goals.
I'm here to guide you every step, offering support, experience, and motivation so you can enjoy the process and experience positive changes in your well-being and strength.
