About Mona
I’m a yoga teacher with over five years of experience teaching in Singapore, the U.S. and Dubai, where I also founded and managed my own yoga studio. Over the years, I’ve worked with students of different ages, abilities and levels of experience.
I believe yoga should meet you where you are. My teaching style is warm, encouraging and inclusive, with a focus on helping each person feel comfortable in their body, enjoy the practice and grow with confidence both on and off the mat.

My one-on-one yoga sessions are designed around you—your body, your experience, your goals and how you’re feeling that day. Whether you’re looking to build strength and flexibility, deepen your practice, improve mobility or simply create more balance in your life, each session is thoughtfully tailored to your needs.
I teach a blend of Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga, incorporating breathwork and mindfulness where appropriate. My approach is supportive, encouraging and adaptable, helping you progress at your own pace while building a practice that feels both enjoyable and sustainable.
