About Ursula
I am a PhD student in Social and Human Studies at the Sorbonne University. During my college years, I had to exchange with scientists from all over the world, write summaries and articles in collaboration, participate in scientific conferences on an international level, abroad and in France. I had the opportunity to work for 3 years in different international companies which allowed me to know what type of knowledge is required in the business environment, how to write a professional e-mail, how to communicate with the hierarchy, how to build a simple and understandable presentation. In this manner, English has become my every day life language.

I base my methodology on the combined way of learning: it is not about doing grammar exercises for a whole hour but rather to diversify the program so that the students can relax and start speaking on their own will. A written part is also included and it aims to always leave to the student the choice concerning the form of the exercise. Each point that is problematic or needs more attention is presented in an engaging way that keeps the student interested throughout the lesson. Each course is adapted according to the particular needs of the student, his/her level, his/her difficulties and skills. My goal is to provide the best possible methodology without a stressful atmosphere. We all learn better in a calm environment.
