I am a Physical Education teacher who has always attached importance to muscle strengthening. It can be worked on at any age in a different way depending on each goals.

About the lesson

I am passionate about sports and I want to pass my skills and experience on to you. My training is for all profiles (children or adults, men or women) and all levels.

After a first interview and a discovery session in order to establish a diagnosis, I will offer you a maintenance plan that is as individual as possible in line with your objectives (interview / development / etc).

Indeed each person has a unique profile and a program can work for some and not for others. This is why I attach a lot of importance to the individualization of work.

The mind being very important in sport I am always listening to my athletes in coaching / athletic preparation. The result is everything and seeing your progress is very important. For this, I offer you intermediate objectives that will motivate you continuously.

I realize that soliciting an individual trainer is an investment in time and money, which is why I do everything to make this collaboration fruitful.

My job is to help you develop athletically and mentally.

Possibility of individual or small group session. Good humor, determination, defined goals, surpassing oneself, perseverance, results, satisfaction are the key words.
