I have a degree in Kinesiology(Body Movement) and Anatomy and Physiology. I work with students of all ages and work with an independent student as well as large groups. The students that I have worked with gain a sense of well being and understanding of fitness to improve tier overall quality of life.

I have worked for 20 years as a sports coach and P.E. Teacher. I plan my lessons around the types of students I have and their individual needs. I have also studied Sports Medicine which helps me keep up on safety while doing fitness classes.
