About Renuka
Initially I joined the gym to just lose some weight and look better in a dress. However now, fitness has become my therapy. This journey doesn't have to be something you dread doing and something boring, instead it can be something that you fall in love with. Which is what happened to me. I have lost 10 kgs and built significant muscle mass at the same time over the last 8 months. It has been a crazy journey which I can only hope that every human experiences at some point in time!
