Personal training + Duo 1h 50 € pack 10h = 400 € Group and company prices on estimate The first class is offered for any purchase of a pack of 10h. Webcam lesson: individualized program + food plan = 50 € / month (assessment by phone or skype every week) suction cup therapy session at 30 €.

    A quel âge avez-vous commencé à faire du sport ? Parlez-nous de cette époque (évidemment pas si lointaine) ?

    J'ai commencé le sport à l'âge de 5 ans grâce à mes parents qui prenaient le temps pour m'accompagner tous les soirs de la semaine à un sport différent (Natation, Judo, Viet Vo Dao) jusqu'à l'âge de 13 ans. Par la suite, j'ai continué par le Mix Martial Art et la Boxe Anglaise pendant mon adolescence. A l'âge adulte, suite à une blessure, j'ai dû me retirer des sports de contact pendant quelques années. J'en ai profité pour m'entraîner en Sport de préhension, JJB et Grappling avant de reprendre par la boxe Thaïlandaise.

    Quel sont vos sports favoris, ceux que vous pratiquez à haut niveau, en tant que simple loisirs ou que vous aimeriez découvrir ?

    Je suis un amoureux des sports de combat. Particulièrement la Boxe anglaise, la Boxe Thaïlandaise et le JJB.
    J'aimerai découvrir la lutte afin de continuer mon apprentissage des 3 distances de combat ( pied poing / Lutte / corps à corps )

    Parlez-nous de votre plus bel accomplissement en tant que sportif !

    Éternel insatisfait, il est difficile de considérer avoir accompli quelque chose dans les sports de combat et les arts martiaux tellement la route est longue et infinie.

    Si vous deviez faire un jogging avec un sportif de renom, lequel serait-ce ? Et quelles questions lui poseriez-vous (si vous arrivez à courir à son rythme et qu'il vous reste encore un peu de salive) ?

    Comment vous y prenez-vous pour qu'un élève garde "l'oeil du tigre" et persévère dans l'effort ?

    Avant chaque suivi, nous allons fixer des objectifs précis sur le court et moyen terme.
    Tout est question de visualisation et d'habitude. La motivation s'estompe toujours par moment, il ne reste que la force des habitudes pour tenir sur sur la durée.
    Au cours d'une séance je ........ nan je ne vais pas donner toute mes recettes lol.

    Qu'est-ce qui fait de vous un super sportif… et un Superprof ?

    Je ne me considère pas comme un super sportif, je suis avant tout un passionné et un entraîneur. Je pense que ce qui fait de moi un "Superprof" c'est que je me considère avant tout comme un entraîneur avant d'être un "athlète". Il ne faut pas confondre les deux, j'ai fait très tôt le choix d'être un entraîneur. Mes études, mes formations et ma vie sont articulées sur le rythme de mes élèves.
    J'adore mon métier et je me réveille chaque matin en étant heureux d'accompagner mes élèves dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs. Je pense que cela se ressent à travers mes cours.
    Je pense également que tout objectif est réalisable et que mon rôle est d'accompagner au mieux en fonction des contraintes de chacun.
