About Jules

I’m Jules, an E‑RYT 500 yoga teacher, continuing education provider, meditation guide, and teacher trainer. I help people build a yoga practice they understand and feel confident making their own.

My teaching brings together breath, movement, strength, mobility, and time to slow down. Whether you’re beginning yoga, returning after a break, or deepening an established practice, we’ll work at a pace that gives you room to learn and ask questions.

My background includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and trauma-informed yoga. You can expect clear explanations, options for different poses, and respect for your choices throughout the session.

I also mentor yoga teachers who want support with sequencing, cueing, adapting poses, and developing confidence in their teaching.

You don’t need to be flexible or know the names of the poses. We begin with where you are.

About the lesson

These private sessions give you time to learn, explore, and receive individual feedback.

We begin with a brief check-in about your goals, energy, and how movement feels that day. From there, I guide a practice that may include:
• Breath awareness and gentle preparation
• Yoga poses and mobility exercises
• Strength and balance work
• Adjustments to pacing, positioning, or props
• Rest and guided relaxation

I explain what we’re doing and why, with space for questions along the way. Together, we’ll explore options that suit your body and help you practice with greater understanding.

Sessions can focus on learning the foundations, becoming more comfortable in group classes, developing a home practice, or exploring specific movements in greater depth.

Online and in-person lessons are available. When you contact me, tell me what you’d like help with, your experience with yoga, and your preferred lesson format.

$120/ 1-2 persons - Private Class

$300/3-5 persons - Group Class ($15/head after that)

Private one-to-one yoga sessions: $120 for 60 minutes with the option to add another person with no extra charge.
Your complimentary 30-minute introduction includes a conversation about your goals, a brief guided practice, and time to discuss how we can work together.
Group sessions are priced separately.
