Super Tutor

Magdalena is one of our best Drums tutors. High-quality profile and excellent qualifications, organised and responsive to lesson requests, appreciated by their students!

About Magdalena

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Music and I'm currently studying a Master of Music Teaching at Western Sydney University. I have 8 years of experience teaching drums and piano to both children and adults. Regarding my experience as a drummer, I have played countless shows and festivals around Chile, played live sessions for radios and played the opening act for the Canadian band Badbadnotgood in Santiago. I toured Peru and was sponsored by Red Bull Music Academy to tour Mexico.

About the lesson

My lessons are for beginners and intermediate students of all ages. If you are looking for a teacher for your kids, I have a lot of experience teaching young students, even from 5 years old!

My classes revolve around my student's needs and abilities, and I believe patience and creativity mark the difference in education, attributes I'm always trying to improve.

Each lesson is unique because each student is unique, but in general we will see:

- Technique
- Music Theory
- Score Music
- Drum Notation
- Pulse and use of the metronome
- Repertoire
