About David

Hello English Language Learners:

I have been teaching English online for over the past three years with adults and children. I have extensive experience teaching individuals, small groups, University classes and seminars in Florida, Michigan, China and S. Korea. I helped my wife Catheryn Park, who ran her own English Academy in Seoul, S. Korea for 21 years.

I taught Business English Skills of Presentations, Academic Writing, Meetings, Business writing, Telephoning, Socializing and Negotiations.

I taught Freshman English, Business and Culture classes at Chinese and South Korean Universities. My Academic Content Courses include Real Estate Finance, Financial Institutions, Business Administration, Global Business Practices, Comparative Economic Systems, Economics, Quality Management, Individual Taxation, E-Commerce, Aviation English, Academic writing, Hospitality/Tourism, Western Culture and World Issues.

I worked for eight years, four nights a week teaching survival English to Adults in Naples, Florida.

I have three years of PhD. studies at Michigan State University. I earned my Masters Degree is in Public Policy/Economics and my Bachelors degree in Political Science/Journalism both with honors from the University of Michigan. I earned a State of Florida ESOL License and three additional ELL Certifications.

Must cancel 24 hours in advance. My first training session is for 15 minutes for you to get an idea of my style, personality and ability. I use Zoom, Skype or Edmodo. My S. Korean wife ran her own English Academy in Seoul, S. Korea.
