About the lesson

I use a creative approach I also use up to date current well researched nutrition. I also offer diagnostic testing and tools that enable you to take the knowledge and use it first hand.

I have a BA Hons in Fine Art and a diploma in naturopathic nutrition as well as a master in mindfulness, I have over 10 years experience in the arts and wellbeing.
