About Nidah

I am a qualified Physiotherapist. I have more than 4 years of experience, I have worked in both the medical and sports sector. I have experience dealing with different kinds of cases. I have worked with people before and after surgeries as well as well-built athletes who want to simply improve their performance. I believe that everyone can exercise; it does not have to be complex. You just need to start, it is never too late to change your quality of life.

About the lesson

I am here to help you with muscle tightness, muscle strengthening, pre and postnatal exercises, strength and conditioning, advise you on lifestyle changes to improve your quality of life. I can help you improve your posture through simple home exercises and make sure you get rid of chronic muscle pain associated with your lifestyle. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO START
