About Mahmoud

I’m a qualified secondary math teacher with UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in both UK and international schools. I’ve taught KS3, GCSE and IGCSE students of all abilities, and my students have improved their results by 25–60%.

As a classroom teacher, I know exactly what exam boards expect and where students most often lose marks. I bring that knowledge, along with clear structure and genuine care, to every lesson.

My goal is simple: to help each student understand math, feel confident, and achieve the grades they’re capable of. I’m reliable, well prepared and always happy to keep parents updated on progress.

About the lesson

I start with a short assessment to find gaps and set goals, then build a plan around each student. I break topics into clear steps, practice them together, then let students try on their own with feedback. For GCSE and IGCSE students, I use past paper questions to build exam technique. I’m patient and encouraging, so students feel confident asking questions.

Lessons are online with a shared whiteboard and usually last [90 minutes].

I’m a UK qualified math teacher with experience in UK and international schools, and I’ve helped students improve their results by 25–60%.

My lessons are for students aged 11–16 studying KS3, GCSE or IGCSE math, whether they’re struggling or aiming for top grades.

Mr. Mahmoud is a really amazing teacher, he always builds lessons from the ground up!
My son's mathematical skills aren't the best, yet he did not rush him or have any expectations, instead he probed his mathematical level and began explaining accordingly, it's the first time i've seen my son not tarumatized by nulbers, mr. Mahmoud is really amazing and i wish him all the best!!
