About Chinmoy
I have always been fascinated by science and reasoning, which is why I got a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise and a Bachelor's degree in Science. Been studying physiology, anatomy, and biochemistry since my college days, which helps me see exercise and nutrition as what truly are.
