Namaste people often ask me why I teach yoga. The answer is simple, I don’t teach yoga to create perfect poses or to be perfect, it is about showing up for yourself every day and growing a little stronger, calmer, and happier.
In my classes, I create a supportive and welcoming space where students can learn at their own pace, without judgment or comparison.
