About Danielle
I am a yoga instructor based in Las Vegas l, I have been teaching for 8 years. I am certified in trauma sensitive yoga, children’s yoga, pre and post natal and chair yoga. Most of my background is in an office setting as well as law enforcement so there is a strong emphasis on stress reduction and grounding techniques throughout practice.

My method of teaching is fun and approachable. We giggle, curse, grunt, fall over and take it all in stride. So many aspects of our lives are hyper serious I like to introduce a bit of levity and humility to the yoga practice to have every student leaving filled with joy, confidence and feeling safe.
