About Isla

I don't have any tutoring experience. However, I have been in academia for the last 11 years, so understand how stressful exams, essays, work can be! My background in Applied Psychology means that I understand how motivation, routine, overwhelm and confidence actually work. I use this knowledge to help students in ways that feel gentle, structured and easy to follow.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed for students who want clear, written guidance, calm support and a structured plan that they can follow at their own pace. I specialise in helping learners who feel overwhelmed or unsure of how to study effectively.
