About Ester

My name is Ester and I have been teaching students for 7 years. I have always enjoyed teaching learners English. I know that unresolved gaps in Foundation learning can have a lifelong impact on a child. All children can succeed if given the right support. I am also busy with a TEFL Diploma, and ELSA AI because I wanted to know more about what to teach Learners, especially, as the world is getting more advanced. I have also started with extra Math classes for GrR - Gr7. I use hands-on learning methods. Integrate math games into math lessons, establish mathematics goals to focus on learning, implement tasks that promote reasoning and problem solving.

About the lesson

I believe in building confidence, self-esteem and providing results for children. All children can succeed if given the right support. Learning can be fun and I will be using flashcards for Learners from Grade 1 and Grade 2. The reason why flashcards are so great is because they only have the image of the word you are trying to teach them. For example, if you are trying to teach the word 'shirt', it is an image of a shirt. The simplest aspect of learning English is grammar and lots of reading. Lots of practice and the right material can help improve your listening skills. I would assist pupils that struggle with grammar as well as spelling and prepare them for tests and exams.

Perfect! Ester is well prepared for her sessions, she assessing his knowledge and ensures he understands the work before moving to the next session. She is accommodating and adjusted her times to ensure he was well prepared for assessments. My son looks forward to his lesson as she is very friendly and has created a lesson plan that is aligned to to his learning style.
