Honestly for each child teaching method is different. My first approach is to make study fun for them. I don't want child to feel depressed when they are with me. I explain things to them taking many examples. I want that child should know that what ever he is learning where it will be used practically. So my agenda is to make them things understand not make them only learn. But children are way to naughty. I have to be a bit strict with them. But the basic formula remains the same. They have to understand, before they learn.
