About Kènia

I have taken yoga as a lifestyle for years. It was a turning point for personal listening, body, mental and spiritual awareness and I would like to help you find this state of deep personal acceptance. I have spent an intensive month at Arhanta Yoga International in Holland, where apart from growing in my personal practice and deepening the foundations of yogic philosophy I have learned to sequence Hatha Yoga sessions for the balance of the body as a whole as well as meditation and pranayama to increase concentration and serve the inner world. I have experience in private lessons.

About the lesson

My sessions are adaptive to the level and needs of each student. They incorporate initial relaxation, followed by breathing exercises and advanced pranayama, preparation exercises for more advanced asanas, asana sequences based on the natural order of the chakras to align them interposing postures and contrapostures with the appropriate breaks and ending with a rest meditation for the incorporation of changes. I adapt the sequences to the level and follow the principle of improvement by which the student grows in his practice, overcoming psychological and physical limits, progressively increasing the complexity and duration of the asanas.
