About Ima
I am a graduate of Philosophy from Gadjah Mada University. I studied Philosophy of Art and Aesthetics and I wrote my thesis in that field. I have done 3 exhibitions in Yogyakarta. The works of art that I create are in the form of paintings and installations. With Philosophy, I practice and study art in a way that is so broad and deep and reaches concepts that are not only unique and fresh but communicative and can reach the understanding of a society that is currently developing. I am very excited to share as much as I can of my techniques and knowledge about drawing and painting so that more and more artists are not only outstanding in their techniques but also deep and strong in the concepts behind them.

My teaching methodology is based on understanding the basic abilities or skills that each student already has. After knowing the advantages and disadvantages, I will focus on developing those advantages. For example, in human interest, realist, abstract, cartoon images, or in the use of acrylic paints, watercolors, oil pastels, or other techniques. Next is the integration between concepts and techniques and mix and match dynamic visuals with the artist's message that will be conveyed through each work.
