About Lize
I am a qualified exercise specialist, Posture specialist and PCES graduate (Pregnancy and Postpartum specialist). I am very passionate about the way the body operates and adapts to exercise. And love the fact that you can change the way the body works (bad form/ habits) with the right guidance, especially after an injury or giving birth.

I focus on proper posture and getting the right muscles to do the job in all my sessions along with focusing on the clients goals and needs.
I also specialize in Pre- and Postnatal exercise & recovery to get the body moving at optimal level after giving birth.
Sessions can be done in English or Arikaans.
I do most of my sessions at my studio, but I am also willing to do sessions in the comfort of your home.
