About Anna
I am a certified yoga instructor with a focus on physical and emotional well-being.
And I will help you embark on a journey to become the best version of yourself, achieving inner peace and balance. My approach to the learning process is gentle, positive and structured.
I have been practicing yoga for 3 years, and I started teaching less than a year ago. Through asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation, I will help you improve your health and increase your energy. My classes are designed to enhance flexibility, endurance, weight management, and postpartum recovery.
During my classes, you will have the opportunity to deepen your connection with your body and gain a better understanding of yourself. I invite you to join me in my practices. Namaste!

I was born in Russia but found my home on the beautiful island of Bali. I have completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification at Blooming Lotus Yoga Bali school.
In my yoga classes, I will guide you to cultivate a positive connection between your mind and body.
Through yoga, you can learn to listen to your body, calm your mind and find inner silence.
Let me be your guide as you delve deep within yourself to create positivity and love. Join me on the mat and experience all the possibilities of yoga.
My priority is emotional relaxation and inner peace, along with energizing the body, refreshed after each session.
