About Eduarda

I have been a freelance freelance educator since 2016, a plastic expression teacher (since February 2020) within the scope of AECs at Vale de Alcântara school, Campo de Ourique, Lisbon, a plastic and dramatic expression teacher (since January 2019) in the project “Espaço Aberto ”By ASTJDD - Santa Teresa de Jesus Association - Dignity and Development, in the Fonsecas e Calçada neighborhood, in Alvalade, Lisbon; I developed workshops with children and young people in Rio de Janeiro and Lisbon, being able to mention partnerships with the Specific Place, and Hangar - Artistic Research Center, in Lisbon. About the lesson

Eduarda is Portuguese, born in Rio de Janeiro. Lives and works in Lisbon, Portugal. He is a visual artist and has worked in the areas of creativity since 2006, going through fashion, graphic design, cultural production and communication. She was involved in projects and collective exhibitions in independent art spaces in Brazil, Holland and Portugal, countries where she lived, in addition to educational projects. Develops his practice as an educating art since 2016, mediating workshops with young people, children and adults. Education was the path that the artist found to give meaning to her artistic practice, as a tool for questioning and social development. Eduarda Estrella was born in Rio de Janeiro and has been developing her practice between the Carioca and European context. Graduated in graphic design at PUC-Rio, she graduated in visual arts in the Netherlands, where she did her master's at the Utrecht School of the Arts between 2012-2013 and in Portugal, where she participated in the Independent Study Program (class of 2013-2014) from the visual arts school Maumaus, in Lisbon. He develops his practice around the field of language and narrative, based on texts and their developments in the fields of image and experience, producing films, performances and printed matter.
