About Nagashree
My journey with yoga began as a personal quest for balance and inner harmony, and it has since blossomed into a lifelong commitment to helping others find their own sense of peace and vitality. With over 12 years of experience as a yoga teacher, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a heart-centered approach to every class I lead.
My teaching style is rooted in the traditional teachings of Ashtanga Yoga, infused with a modern understanding of the body-mind connection. I believe in creating a nurturing and inclusive space where students of all levels can explore their practice with curiosity and compassion.
