I am Shivani M.S., a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher with over two decades of personal yoga practice. My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga should be accessible, inclusive, and adaptable to every individual. My teaching style is personalized, trauma-informed, and inclusive, ensuring every student feels safe, supported, and empowered regardless of their age, experience, body type, ability, gender, or identity. A typical class begins with grounding and breathwork, followed by a gentle warm-up, a sequence of yoga postures tailored to your goals, and concludes with guided relaxation or meditation. I focus on mindful movement, proper alignment, and building a sustainable practice rather than pushing limits. My classes are ideal for beginners and intermediate practitioners, as well as adults seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
