About Polina
I am a running national who is open to teach running techniques and different ways to prepare for competitions. I have been in that industry for more than 6 years, competing as a sprinter and long jump athlete. I would love to transfer my running skills to someone who as passionate as me.

The teaching will mainly be based on practical learning and techniques. Depending on your fitness level and interest in running, I will create a specific tailored to your preferences training programme. I have been coaching individuals between 14-18 years old for 2 years and have been in a collaborative team from every age group.
