About Akshaj
A 17-year-old chess player for whom chess is a fun hobby. I believe chess is an amazing game; its complexity is very engaging, even if at times it can feel overwhelming.
I have been playing for 2 years on and off and have gone through many of the experiences that any chess player would. So, I understand just how frustrating the game can be at times and want to help others, mostly beginners and intermediate players, improve so they can achieve their desired rating.

The class begins with questions about the student's games and the problems they believe they're facing.
This is followed by a couple of game reviews, along with friendly games between me and the student, where I provide insight into their decisions, thought process, and the general trends I notice in their gameplay.
After a few practice games and assessments, I provide suggestions and advice that I believe will help them improve.
