Perfect! Anoop is a great teacher. He is calm and composed during the sessions. The structure of his classes are quite impressive. He starts with a good warm up, followed by workout based on my needs, then good amount of streches and ends it with meditation. There is no rush throughout the session. He understands the clients needs and works towards that. His timings are flexible making it impossible for anyone to skip the session. Overall, I feel happy to have him as my trainer

Perfect! I have been working with Anoop for more than a month. He is very professional and very well trained in fitness aspects. He patiently guides the fitness session with a mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises and gently pushes to stretch.
Perfect! I have just finished my 7th session with Anoop. My strength, flexibility and posture have improved substantially. He listens to you and works to gently push your body to relax and strengthen without undue strain and emphasises listening to your own body. Anoop is great! If you have any heistance about starting yoga he is great to start with in a private session. He walks you through all the whole practice and brings peace to the pratice. I highly recommend if you starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice.
