About Feliciana

I was born in Italy, lived around the world, and am now based in Brighton. I have been practising Yoga for over 8 years. Today I'm an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance. My dream is to share the love of Yoga with as many people as I can. Yoga appeared in my life as a transformation. It helped with my anxiety, and stress, improved my sleep, gained flexibility and strength. When I decided to embark on this journey, back in 2020, my purpose was to combine my passion as a tour guide with yoga, and so to share knowledge, get inspired by people all around the world.

About the lesson

I am deeply passionate about the body-mind language. My aim is to make you feel at peace, deeply connected with your inner teacher, but also moving freely through a playful flow. Lessons typically last 60 mins with a focus on free movements, strength, balance, breath. - providing time to JUST BE, - breath work - I'll invite you to set intention for the practice - time to explore: warm-up - let it flow: core - yin / relax / meditation All levels are welcome. Whether you're a complete novice or a seasoned practitioner, I can adapt the curriculum to meet your needs. My aim is to guide anyone looking to improve physical and mental well-being through the practice of Yoga. I look forward to joining you on this enriching journey of self-discovery and holistic growth. Let's explore the transformative power of Yoga together!

Such a pleasure to facilitate Louis yoga class. We began the practice with some breathwork and then moved through an energetic flow. He is very conscious our the power of breath and movement.
