I'm a certified yoga teacher with nearly 10 years of experience, working with private clients and teaching in retreat centers all over the world. My teaching is calm, supportive, and tailored — whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, I meet you where you are with patience and clarity. Having worked with students from diverse cultures and backgrounds, I understand the importance of making each session feel safe, welcoming, and personal. I take pride in creating a space where you can grow at your own pace, without judgment. Whether you're looking to relieve stress, increase flexibility, or simply take time for yourself, I’m here to guide you with care, experience, and professionalism.

About the lesson

I offer a unique solution to those who would like to practise but can’t find the time during the normal working hours. I am available from 12 midnight until 11am Monday through Friday. A perfect fit for anyone who works a late shift, wants to have an early morning lesson or is just a night owl.

As a tutor, my goal is to create a comfortable, encouraging environment where learning feels both effective and enjoyable. I believe that every student is unique, so I always adapt my teaching style to suit individual needs, goals, and learning preferences.

As a certified yoga teacher, I offer personalized sessions that blend Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga depending on each student's needs. Whether you're seeking a dynamic and energizing practice, a gentle and grounding flow, or deep relaxation and restoration, I design classes that respect your body, experience level, and intentions. Breathwork, alignment, and mindfulness are central to every session.

Each session begins with a check-in and grounding, followed by a sequence tailored to your goals — whether that's building strength, increasing flexibility, reducing stress, or deepening your practice. We close each class with relaxation or meditation to integrate the benefits of the practice.

I'm approachable, patient, and genuinely passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga. My international background and holistic mindset allow me to connect with students from all walks of life. Whether you're a complete beginner or returning to your mat after a break, you'll feel supported, seen, and encouraged in every class.

I offer private lessons for beginners to intermediate practitioners, including those dealing with stress, tension, or specific physical needs. Each session is a safe space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself — at your own pace and comfort level.
