About Emma
I am a qualified YOGA teacher with a background in philosophy. I have experience working in the early years sector and value the important of our own mental health and well-being. Working in the vocational sector it is vital we invest in our physical and mental health to be able to serve others effectively and compassionately.

I enjoy providing a safe and nurturing space where students can completely switch off from the day and become present with where they are now on their mats. I offer a service grounded in physical functional movement, mindfulness and meditation.
