Knowledge is nothing if we cannot share and help others. I am 58 years old with a world of knowledge about Fitness from basic getting into Shape to competing in Bodybuilding and fitness competitions. Injury rehab through resistance training. Nutrition. Mind and body connection. Trained young and old, male and female clients.
