About Sarthak
It’s been a while that I’m into fitness. After doing it myself and achieving a decent physique, there’s always more I wanted. So I kept learning and understanding about it & through the process, I adapted & liked the holistic approach to fitness. I think only going to the gym a few days in a week will not work on one’s overall fitness. There’s so much about fitness that people ignore & my motive is to draw their attention to that area which they are ignoring. I want to give to the society the best of my knowledge that I can contribute for my nation and people.

I work on the overall fitness of a person. I make plans and exercises tailored to each individual’s specific needs & problems (if they have any). I blend gym workouts with yoga. With me, you’ll be doing dumbbell curls on a yoga mat with some aerobics & Zumba.
