About Amy

In my own A levels (biology, chemistry and maths) I achieved three A* grades. I attended Bristol Vet School, graduating in 2021, and also have a Master's degree in Wildlife Conservation. I am keen to help young people achieve their potential and pursue careers in STEM. Currently I am providing tutoring in biology and chemistry, but can also help with university preparation in related degree subjects. I also have ADHD, and achieved my grades and degrees using my ADHD brain as a superpower, not a hindrance! I would love to help young people do the same.

About the lesson

A key part of my job as a vet is explaining complicated medical processes to pet owners, and I also mentor and teach new graduate vets, so I have lots of experience in breaking topics down into manageable chunks. Let me know in advance what exam boards you are sitting with, and which topic areas you struggle with the most, and we will design the lessons around you!
