About Conor
I started by completing my HNC and HND in health fitness and exercise (graded unit A) at college and proceeded to university for Sport and Exercise Science (First class Honours). I have worked within the health and fitness industry for 4 or 5 years thus far and have worked with the public to athletes sharpening my skills. I have not tutored previously, however, was often the one helping colleagues in my studies.

I would only be able to assist those of the same level (honours) in my degree or those in lower years or those in level 2 or 3 gym instructor courses. If there is uncertainty, please feel free to contact. Lesson structure is dependant on the requirements of each student and their stage of study. The aim of sessions would be students understanding a subject rather than reciting lists.
