About Kim

Being an immigrant is hard, specially when it comes to academics. But from my experience, i would help you out on your journey. I’m Filipino, but i am very very warming. I do not tolerate racial discrimination. I could be be your tutor, so as your friend :)

I am currently on my first-year engineering at University of Alberta. Getting accepted in the program was very tough for someone who's first and second language is not in English, but here I am!

Immigrant or not, i want to help you with your marks because that’s what they need from you in university. Let's work together and bring out the best in you.

About the lesson

Time management and dedication is key. Like in classes at school, introductions to the topic, exercises and then short quizzes to test you. Those would be graded, but not marked. Unlike at school, i will offer to help you understand the ones you got wrong.
