About Crystal

I have been a fitness professional for over 6 years. I have worked with as many as 70 people at one time and I enjoy that as much as working one on one or in a small group. I have seen many pounds and inches lost from my clients over the years, as well as improvement in agility, mobility, balance and overall strength and endurance. And the ability to not hate exercise all the time :)

About the lesson

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist who has worked with all ages and fitness levels. I love making fitness fun and use a lot of variety in my programs. I use direct and concise instructions and demonstrations. My degree is in Communications, so I am a big fan of questions and feedback.

All 5 hour training session packages include a free 30 min workout dvd that is catered to the clients specific goals. 10 hour packages include a 45 min workout dvd. Nutrition advice is included with all sessions (singles and packages).
