My name is Will Vining. I am currently giving math lessons at all levels K-12. I am very adept at figuring out areas of students weakness, and helping them develop strategies to overcome them. I approach tutoring with a hands on tactic. I like to know what areas, and specific units a student is having difficulty with, and then prepare a tailored lesson plan for them individually. This works best when a student sends me their assigned work and notes ahead of time so that I am familiar with what the teacher is expecting of them. I develop a rigorous understanding of mathematical concepts for students that teachers will generally not achieve, but provide it in an accessible manner for students of all levels. I have had multiple students in the past tell me they were more than prepared for classes I tutored them in.
