About Anna

I am an English Language graduate and an MA student in Intercultural Communication. I have been tutoring for 3 years, teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), working on all skills (writing, reading, listening, speaking), and preparing students for exams (e.g. IELTS). Six out of six students were successful in language exams, gaining qualifications and access to university. As a language expert with practical experience in undergraduate and postgraduate studies, I can also help students with essay writing, dissertation planning, writing, and proofreading, boosting their organisation and time management skills.

About the lesson

I am a patient teacher and flexible professional, always putting the students' needs first. My teaching methods are based on a communicative approach, making sure that the lessons are engaging for the students and that they get the most out of it.

I was very happy when I started English Lessons with Anna. She helped me to improve my writing and speaking skills. Also, I achieved to learn the grammar theory very well because she gave me smart and practical advice. My teacher deserves a lot of congratulations.

I had Anna as a tutor and she helped me a lot with academic writing and reviewing. She was always polite and patient. She was able to help with my academic writing even if it was in a different specialization field.

I think that there is one secret for success and that is to love what you do. Anna is definitely one of the people, who not only love their job, but they make you love it too. I got a proficiency qualification with the first try and distinction! Communication is one of her assets and I would undoubtedly recommend her!

When I started my reading lessons with Anna, I have to admit that my comprehension and general understanding of the english language was subpar at best. After a few short months of her weekly tutoring my skills and handling of english increased exponentially, all thanks to her exceptional teaching virtues and dedication to her craft. A lovely and cheerful person, Anna is a delight to work with and I'd definitely recommend her for anyone interested in honing their english skills.
