About Mani

I graduated with a Master's in Climate Sciences & Technology and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. I am currently a housewife and freelance tutor. I have been mentoring a Year 11 student in Mathematical Methods from Term 3. I personally experienced some struggle while learning Algebra in my Year 7. But with the help of an excellent tutor and a lot of practice, I mastered it. So, I can easily relate to the student's struggles and help them as far as possible while making them gain confidence in the subject.

About the lesson

I refer to the textbook the students follow. I explain the topic with an example. I let the student solve one in front of me and clarify any doubts they have.
I ensure that the students master the basics. I let them practice until they are fully confident about it. Finally, I ask questions to see if they really understood or not.
