About Layla

I'm Layla, you can call me Layla. Start with a quick check of their level. Have a short chat or a small test to see their grammar, vocabulary, and confidence. This helps you plan lessons they can actually follow. 2. Set goals with them. Ask what they want: better speaking, writing, work communication, or exam prep. When both of you know the target, lessons feel more focused. 3. Use real-life examples. Instead of only textbook exercises, use short videos, messages, emails, menus, or news clips. Students understand faster when the language feels familiar. 4. Balance the four skills. Include a mix of speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Even a few minutes of conversation each class helps them get comfortable using English. 5. Correct gently but clearly. Don’t interrupt too much. Let them finish, then point out the mistakes and show the right version. It keeps their confidence up. 6. Give small tasks. Simple homework like recording a one-minute voice note, rewriting a short paragraph, or using five new words in sentences helps them improve without feeling overwhelmed. 7. Adjust your style. Some students like visual aids, some prefer conversation, some want step-by-step grammar. Pay attention to what works for them and tweak your approach. 8. Keep it consistent. Regular practice matters more than long lessons. Even short weekly progress reviews help them see improvement.

About the lesson

I focus on helping students learn in a way that feels comfortable and clear. I adjust each lesson to suit their pace, goals, and learning style. My aim is to make every session practical, supportive, and easy to understand, so students feel confident as they progress.
