About Chua
I am an avid gym goer since I was 16. I am 34 now so that is almost 2 decades of experience in the gym. Admittedly,I didn't knowthe optimal way to maximise muscle growth in the initial phases and it was not until I studied about it and put the theory into practice where i witnessed huge changes in both my physique and well being. As such, I hope to leverage upon my experience and passion in guiding you towards your fitness goals and steer you away from the mistakes that I made initially and also to sieve through the fads surrounding fitness
