About Yashraj
Currently working as a jr. Sous chef at the Oberoi hotels. Worked in 6 different specialty five star restaurants and am comfortable with Italian, mexican , French , Indian and Oriental cuisine. Also worked as a pastry chef briefly. Management trainee from Oberoi group and hospitality from rizvi college. I am currently teaching homecooks cookalong sessions.

Yashraj is extremely patient and fun! I know next to nothing about cooking and he’s really taught me well. He teaches dishes that are so yummy yet quite practical to make.
