About Dinara
My biggest strength lies in Russian and British History that I have studied at school and continue to at University. I have a great passion for expanding my knowledge and reading more about the subject I love. I hope to pass that knowledge onto my students and help them boost their confidence about upcoming exams.
I am very organised and flexible with timing that works for you and will adjust my lessons to your schedule and specific requirements.

Having gone through A-levels not so long myself, I apply the skills that have helped me to the lessons. From my personal experience, the best approach to take is to tackle the content in the textbook and expand the knowledge around the subject to get the best understanding of concepts and events.
During my a-levels, I found preparing materials for the course contents extremely helpful. I have added visual graphs and timelines to help me memorise and understand the causes and impacts of events. I have also made slides with primary and secondary sources to discuss with my peers. For our lessons, I will prepare similar materials to go through together.
The content, however, is not the only factor that leads to a good grade, but also the skills that help engage with the taught concepts in the exam setting. After each topic, we will engage in a verbal discussion, which will be applied to essay practice.
