Hourly Fee: The core cost of the lesson is my hourly rate, which covers the time I spend teaching and preparing for your session. This fee is for in-person or virtual sessions and includes direct teaching time.

Teaching Materials: For most lessons, I provide materials such as worksheets, reading lists, and other resources at no additional charge. However, if a lesson requires special materials (e.g., textbooks, software, or printing), I may ask for a small contribution to cover the cost.

Booking the Classroom (for In-Person Sessions): If we meet in person and I need to rent a classroom or use a specialized facility (such as a language lab or art studio), there may be an additional charge for this. The cost depends on the location and space requirements.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give me at least 24 hours' notice. Any cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the time reserved.
