My Approach to Coaching
I believe fitness should be simple, sustainable, and tailored to each individual's goals. My coaching focuses on building strong fundamentals, proper exercise technique, and creating healthy habits that can be maintained long-term. Teaching Methodology
My sessions typically include:

Lessons are usually 60 minutes long, although shorter or longer sessions can be arranged depending on the student's needs and schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Universiti Kuala Lumpur MIMET and have a strong personal background in weight training and fitness. Through my own fitness journey, I have gained practical knowledge in strength training, exercise programming, weight management, and gym techniques. I continuously study fitness principles and training methods to help clients achieve their goals effectively.
