About Namika

I'm a hand-on teacher with an experience from Indea Yoga Institute, Mysore. Taking personal interest in each of my student's learning as well as growth, I aim to imbibe my 5+ years of experience in my lessons. Let's combine spirituality, mindfulness and fun to get the best workout possible. I'm bringing yoga to you with strength training and flexibility.

About the lesson

Yoga as a modern day fusion exercise challenges your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. under the guidance of a trained yoga instructor who has practiced for over 5 years is a complete immersive experience.
Transport yourself to India, and get your daily dose of a workout with the core learning being mindfulness. I am here to help you reach the ultimate goal of being healthy along with physical and mental peace. This eventually is a stepping stone and is the natural outcome to Happiness.
