With years of experience in the kitchen, including my time as a chef in a restaurant, I bring both expertise and a passion for cooking to every lesson. I’ve been cooking since I was 10, teaching myself along the way, and I’ve gained a deep understanding of techniques, flavours, and presentation. This hands-on experience allows me to offer practical, real-world insights that go beyond just following a recipe. I pride myself on being patient, approachable, and committed to creating a positive learning experience. I understand that everyone learns at their own pace, which is why I adapt each lesson to suit your individual needs.
